Stoney White is a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker with a lifetime of hands-on experience in residential real estate. He was introduced to property management at just eight years old, accompanying his grandmother as she collected rents and learning early lessons about responsibility, maintenance, and tenant relationships.
Although he began in property management, Stoney took a comprehensive path through the industry. He built 213 homes as a residential builder, completed over 400 fix-and-flip projects, and assembled his own rental portfolio before coming full circle into professional property management.
Today, he manages properties with the perspective of someone who has owned them, built them, renovated them, and operated them. He understands what owners need because he's been one. His goal is simple: protect your investment, increase performance, and eliminate unnecessary stress.
Kelly Wiles serves as the Business Development Manager at StoneRent Property Management, where she focuses on building strong partnerships with homeowners, investors, and real estate professionals across the Valley.
As an Arizona resident who spends much of her free time fishing, hunting, and exploring the outdoors, Kelly values preparation, discipline, and long term thinking. She brings that same mindset into her work, believing successful property management requires proactive strategy, clear communication, and consistent follow through.
With a background in business development and operations, Kelly takes a strategic and relationship driven approach to growth. She understands that property ownership is more than an investment. It is a significant long term decision that deserves thoughtful guidance, reliable systems, and strong oversight. From first time investors to experienced portfolio owners, she helps clients simplify the process while protecting and strengthening the value of their assets.
